# Connecting to a Production Account

You must access OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for Salesforce before connecting to a production account.

To access OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for Salesforce in Salesforce Classic:

1. Log in to the appropriate Salesforce organization as a System Administrator.
2. From drop-down menu on the top right, choose OneSpan Sign. The OneSpan Sign Transactions Home page appears.
3. Click the Admin tab. The Admin page appears.

To access OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for Salesforce in Salesforce Lightning Experience:

1. Log in to the appropriate Salesforce organization as a System Administrator.
2. Click the App Launcher > View All >OneSpan Sign. The OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for Salesforce Transactions Home page appears.
3. Click the Admin tab. The Admin page appears.

To connect OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for Salesforce to your Production OneSpan Sign account:

1. Set up one of the following connection options:

Your Production Salesforce account can connect only to a Production OneSpan Sign account (for example, apps.esignlive.com). It cannot connect to a Sandbox OneSpan Sign account (for example, sandbox.esignlive.com).   - If you want to connect using your OneSpan Sign credentials, choose the Connection Method to be Credentials. Enter your OneSpan Sign credentials.
  - If you want to connect using your OneSpan Sign Account API key, choose the Connection Method to be Account API Key. Then type your API key in the text field.

1. Click Connect. A dialog box requests the permission to connect.
2. Click Allow. A connection is established between OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for Salesforce and your Production OneSpan Sign account.
