Upgrade path
Digipass Authentication for OWA Basic supports upgrading from version 4.3 to version 4.4 on the supported operating systems.
To upgrade to the newest version of Digipass Authentication for OWA Basic, you need to run the installer. This will uninstall the old product version, and install the newest version. The upgrade requires you to recreate the previous configuration in the Digipass Authentication for OWA Basic Configuration Center.
Fixes and other updates
Issue OAS-6710 (Support case CS0045561): OTP verification is slow
Description: When verifying an OTP, Digipass Authentication for OWA Basic also queries health mailboxes for the user. This causes a significant delay of the OTP verification.
Affects: Digipass Authentication for OWA Basic 3.7–4.3
Status: This issue has been fixed.
