Completing the registration for users

This guide describes the process to register and sign in to Microsoft EntraID with your Digipass FX7, once you have received a registration email from your company.

If you are an administrator and need to configure Microsoft EntraID to allow Digipass FX7 security keys for your users, see Configuring Microsoft EntraID for passwordless authentication with FX7.

To register your Digipass FX7 security key to Microsoft EntraID

1. Open a web brower, navigate to https://aka.ms/mysecurityinfo, and sign in with your username and the temporary access pass (TAP).

   This takes you to the Security info page.

2. Click Add sign-in method.

   

3. Select Security Key.

4. Follow the instructions on the screen to register the passkey.

   

   Once the passkey has been registered, you should see it in the list of sign-in methods. You can now use your Digipass FX7 as a passwordless authentication method and either delete the TAP or let it expire (depending on the settings).
