Completing the registration for users

This guide describes the process to register and log in to Ping with your Digipass FX7, once you have received a registration email from your company.

If you are an administrator and need to configure Ping to allow Digipass FX7 security keys for your users, see Configuring Ping for passwordless authentication with FX7.

To register your Digipass FX7 security key to Ping

1. Open your registration email and click the link inside. This will take you to the PingIdentity registration page.

   

2. Click Start.

3. Initiate a logon request:

   1. Type the username or email address.

   2. Select Passwordless Login

4. Authenticate with the OneSpan FX7 security key:

   1. Connect the OneSpan FX7 security key to the device.

   2. Tap the luminous button on the security key when prompted.

      You will be authenticated and granted access.
