This scenario uses the workflow tree illustrated in User registration workflow tree.

Before you begin
Ensure that you have completed the steps described in Getting started with OneSpan Authentication for ForgeRock.

Walkthrough: User registration
Use the following URL to start the registration process:
https://your_instance_url/openam/XUI/?realm=/&service=OneSpan-XUI-Adapative-Authentication-User-Register-Sample-Tree#login
Enter your user name and password and click LOG IN. The password needs to meet the following requirements:
Minimum length: 8 digits
Contains at least one lowercase and one uppercase character
Contains at least one numeric character
Does not contain parts of the user name for any 3 characters

Once the user registration has been accepted, the IAA service creates a user account and waits for a trusted device to activate the license with an activation token. This token is included in a Cronto image.
Launch the Adaptive Authentication Services (AAS) mobile demo app and scan the Cronto image.
In the app, enter and confirm a 6-digit security PIN.
When registration is completed, the Adaptive Authentication Services (AAS) mobile demo app opens the user page, and the browser is redirected to the success URL.
In Risk Analytics Presentation Service, select SUPERVISE & INVESTIGATE > Latest Events, and review the event.

The workflow tree uses the following sample nodes:
The OneSpan Sample nodes are provided and included in the OneSpan Authentication for ForgeRock package for demonstration purposes only. You should not use these nodes in production environments, but replace them with your own node implementations.
