System Log Reports

This topic provides instructions on how to access a collection of System Logs Reports through our Interactive API. These reports track changes made through either the OneSpan Sign UI, or by using OneSpan Sign APIs.
By default, these logs are available to Admin (Owner) and Manager roles. Custom roles may require specific permissions to access these logs.
The following system log reports are available.
User Management Logs
User Management Logs track all events related to the creation, update, and deletion of users in the system. This includes role assignments and removals.
The following events are tracked:
User creation
User updates
User deletion
Role assignments
Role removals
Group Management Logs
User Management Logs track all events related to the creation, update, and deletion of groups in the system. This includes adding or removing users from groups.
The following events are tracked:
Group creation
Group updates
Group deletion
Adding users to groups
Removing users from groups
Role Management Logs
Role Management Logs track all events related to the creation, update, and deletion of roles in the system.
The following events are tracked:
Role creation
Role updates
Role deletion
System Access Logs
System Access Logs track all events related to user logins, logouts, and delegation sessions.
The following events are tracked:
User logins
User logouts
Delegation sessions
System Update Logs
System Update Logs track all events related to account configuration changes.
These reports are generated as .csv files. To test these features, see our Interactive API Reference. The following events can now be retrieved:
Feature setting updates
Transaction setting updates
Security setting updates
System Updates Logs can be consolidated into a single Audit Event Log that tracks all the changes mentioned above.
Delegation Logs
You can now use our APIs to retrieve logs related to delegation events. These reports are generated as .csv files. To test these features, see our Interactive API Reference. The following events can now be retrieved:
Delegation creation
Delegation editing
Delegation deletion
