Article summary

Clicking the Reports button opens the Account Summary Report page. It displays, for each sender on the account, the number of associated transactions, grouped by status. This menu option is visible only to OneSpan Sign members with Manager permissions. To grant a member Manager permission you will need to launch OneSpan Sign. For more information, see Senders.

You must first select a document to enable the actions in the ribbon bar.

You can filter a report by specifying a range of dates. The default date range is the current month.

Exporting a Report

To download a .csv version of a report, click Export. The following types of reports are available:

  • Account Summary: Downloads all information currently being displayed on the Reports tab.

  • Detailed:Use the drop-down list to select a Status type to generate a report for. Once generated, all transactions with the selected Status type will be downloaded.
