Accessing the administration interfaces consists of several steps.
To log on to the administration interfaces
- Start your web browser and type the URL for the interface in the address bar. As you are accessing a web site secured with a self-signed certificate, the browser presents a warning, asking you to accept the certificate to continue.
Accept the certificate according to your browser's instructions to continue. - After the certificate has been accepted, access the required interface by clicking the respective interface title on the Welcome page. This will open the corresponding logon page of the interface you are accessing.
- Log on using administrative credentials. The default administrative credentials are:
- User: sysadmin
- Password: sysadmin
Be aware that the password may have already been changed by a network administrator, and that new administrative user accounts may have been created. Furthermore, the default user sysadmin may have been disabled.
The OneSpan Authentication Server Setup Wizard must be completed (as described in the OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance Installation and Maintenance Guide) before the OneSpan Authentication Server Administration Web Interface can be accessed.
