Activating support certificates

To download and activate a support certificate for OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance

1. Open a web browser and go to the OneSpan Customer Portal: https://cp.onespan.com/. Type the maintenance reference and serial number provided by OneSpan for your OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance and click Sign in.

   By default, the OneSpan Customer Portal displays the contract details as the first page after signing in.

2. Scroll down to Contract certificate , click the Download contract certificate link, and download the certificate file.
3. Access the Configuration Tool.
4. Select Settings > Certificates.

5. Click Add Certificate below the Server Certificates list.

   The Add Certificate wizard appears:

   1. Select Upload Certificate on the Certificate Source page.

   2. Specify the support certificate file you have downloaded from the OneSpan Customer Portal and type an optional description for the certificate.

      The support certificate file is verified.

   3. Click Next to upload and add the support certificate to the available certificates.
   4. Click Finish to close the Add Certificate wizard.
6. Select System > Support.
7. If required, select Enable Support.

8. Select the support certificate from the Support Certificate list.
