    The configured administrator account is locked on OneSpan Authentication Server

    Possible causes

    • The user account on OneSpan Authentication Server has been changed.

    Solutions

    Try one of the following

    • Verify and unlock the respective user account on OneSpan Authentication Server.
    • Use PSM Remote Configuration Manager to change the configuration.
