    Description

    The configured administrator user is not a valid OAS administrator account.

    Possible causes

    • The configuration is incorrect or incomplete.
    • The user account on OneSpan Authentication Server has been changed.

    Solutions

    Try one of the following

    • Verify the user account on OneSpan Authentication Server.
    • Use PSM Remote Configuration Manager to change the configuration.
