Résumé de l’article

Risk Analytics stores workflows and modifications effected with these workflows. Every step of the workflow, including date and user details, is logged.

The following information is recorded:

  • Requested action

  • Input

  • Output

  • Workflow routings

Via the Workflows Audit tab in Risk Analytics Presentation Service, workflows and modifications to the data in DESIGN RULES & ACTIONS and SUPERVISE & INVESTIGATE can be audited. Via the functionalities in this tab you can verify the following information for the selected workflow:

  • Who modified an item (a rule, an alert etc.)

  • Which item was modified

  • When the item was modified

By default, the Workflows Audit dashboard displays the latest modified workflows in the Workflows accordion.

To audit a workflow

  1. From the Workflow Instance Audit accordion, select the period of time for which you wish to audit the modifications to the relevant workflow.

  2. Search by groups or the workflow name to locate the required workflow.

    -OR-

Select the workflow to audit directly from the Workflows Hierarchy list in the navigation pane.

The audit starts automatically when Search is clicked, or if an item is selected from the list. To view the details of the audit, click Show XML in the result view.
