The Change Password page appears if your user account is configured to perform back-end authentication when logging on to the Administration Web Interface and your static back-end password is either expired or your back-end user account has been configured to force a password change the next time you log on.
Select the respective way to authenticate in order to change your back-end password:
- Static Password. Select this option if you want to use your current back-end password to set a new back-end password. When you have successfully set a new back-end password, you are automatically logged on to the Administration Web Interface.
- One-Time Password. Select this option if you need to use your authenticator to generate a response to set a new back-end password. When you have successfully set a new back-end password, you are automatically redirected to the Log in page again.
Fill in the respective fields to set a new back-end password:
Current Static Password. The current static back-end password. This field is optional if you specify DIGIPASS Response.
New Static Password. The new static back-end password to be set.
Confirm Static Password. A confirmation of the new static back-end password to prevent typing errors.
Server PIN. (OPTIONAL) The server PIN if required by the authentication server.
DIGIPASS Response. A one-time password (OTP) if you are required to log on using an authenticator.
