    Description

    A program or website returns an error message that the connection has been refused or similar when attempting to connect to OneSpan Authentication Server.

    Solution

    Verify that a client component record of the correct type exists in the OneSpan Authentication Server data store for the program or website that attempts to access. For example, the Administration Web Interface will be unable to manage a OneSpan Authentication Server instance, until a corresponding client component record of type Administration Program has been created for it.
