The Copy Attributes to Users wizard allows you copy user attribute groups to a number of selected user accounts in one operation.

The user attributes to be copied must already be selected on the user attribute list page before you click BULK USER COPY.

Search Users

Use the user search to identify the user accounts to copy the attribute groups to.

Field name	Description
Domain	Select the domain that you want to search from the list. This will restrict the search to the specified domain only. Select All Domains to search all accessible domains.
Organizational Unit	Select the organizational unit that you want to search from the list. This will restrict the search to the specified organizational unit only. Select All Organizational Units to search all accessible organizational units. Select No Organizational Unit to search only for users, who are not in any organizational unit.
User ID	Display a range of user IDs starting from the user ID you enter here. This field supports the use of asterisks (*) as wildcard characters (see Wildcards).
To	Display a range of user IDs up to the user ID you enter here.
User ID List	Instead of using the User ID and To fields, use this field to enter a list of user IDs to display. Each user ID should be separated by a comma.
Account Status - Disabled?	Use this option to restrict your search: Yes. Search disabled accounts only. No. Search non-disabled accounts only. Not Applicable. Search disabled and non-disabled accounts.
Account Status - Locked?	Use this option to restrict your search: Yes. Search locked accounts only. No. Search unlocked accounts only. Not Applicable. Search locked and unlocked accounts.
User Name	Use this field to search users via their user name instead of their user ID. User name searches are case-insensitive. This field supports the use of asterisks (*) as wildcard characters (see Wildcards). If you search for user names without wildcard characters, the search will match all items that contain the search string.
Email Address	Use this field to search users via their email address instead of their user ID. Email address searches are case-insensitive. This field supports the use of asterisks (*) as wildcard characters (see Wildcards). If you search for email addresses without wildcard characters, the search will match all items that contain the search string.
DIGIPASS Assigned?	Use this option to restrict your search: Yes. Search accounts with authenticators assigned only. No. Search accounts without any authenticators assigned only. Not Applicable. Search both types of accounts.
Has Administrative Privileges?	Use this option to restrict your search: Yes. Search user accounts with administrative privileges only. You cannot filter for a particular administrative privilege, this option will search every user account with any administrative privilege(s) assigned. If you search for a user account to copy administrative privileges from, this is the default value and cannot be changed. No. Search non-administrative user accounts without any administrative privileges assigned only. Not Applicable. Search both types of user accounts. This option is only available if you have the View Administrative Privileges permission assigned.
Results Per Page (10~100)	Specify the number of results that you want to see on each page.

Select Users

Select the users from the user list provided as the search result.

Options

Verify the details you have entered before submitting the copy command.

Finish

Verify the results of the operation.
