This topic describes how to create an organizational structure in the ODBC data store.
For more conceptual information about domains and organizational structures in OneSpan Authentication Server, see Domains and organizational units
To create a new domain, you need a global administrator account with the following administrative privileges:
- Admin Logon
- Access Data in all Domains
- Create Domain
- View Domain
To add a domain
Log on to the Administration Web Interface.
- Select ORGANIZATION > Add domain.
- Type a domain name.
- (OPTIONAL) Type a description for the domain.
- Click Create.
To create an organizational unit in a domain
Log on to the Administration Web Interface.
- Select ORGANIZATION > List.
- Locate the domain in which to create the organizational unit and click it to view the domain details.
- Click Add Org. Unit.
- Type a name for the organizational unit.
- Select a parent organizational unit, if applicable. This creates the new organizational unit as a child of the selected one.
- (OPTIONAL) Type a description for the new organizational unit.
- Click Create.
