Deleting pending operations

As an administrator, you can delete one or more pending operations that have been initiated by a maker administrator.

Deleting pending operations is possible only if you have the required administrative privileges. You can only delete pending operations, which are within your administrative scope. Maker administrators can always delete their own pending operations.

Before you begin

• Ensure that you have administrative access to the OneSpan Authentication Server Administration Web Interface.
• Ensure that you have the Delete Pending Operation privilege assigned to delete pending operations created by other maker administrators. You can always delete your own pending operations without this privilege.

1. Log on to the Administration Web Interface.

2. Select SERVERS > Pending Operations.

3. From the list, select the pending operation(s) you want to delete.

   If you want to view the details of a pending operation, click the corresponding pending operation identifier (POID). The Manage pending operation page provides general information about the operation, as well as update history and command details.

4. Click DELETE.

   A confirmation window is displayed.

5. Click YES to confirm the delete operation.

   The pending operation is deleted. The maker administrator and the designated checker administrator receive both a notification that the pending operation has been deleted (pending operation deleted notification).

   After successful deletion, you are redirected to the list of pending operations.
