    The OneSpan Risk Analytics database administrator can delete the log by deleting the associated files stored in the OneSpan Risk Analytics server.

    Delete Log Files in Repositories

    Delete the relevant log files from the following repositories:

    • C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Vasco\IRMPresentationServices\LogFiles

    • C:\inetpub\wwwroot\OneSpan\RADataCollector\LogFiles

    • C:\inetpub\wwwroot\OneSpan\RAJobs\LogFiles

    • C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Vasco\IRMBulkFileWS\LogFiles
