Deploying OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Enterprise Security involves the following steps:
To Deploy OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Enterprise Security with On-premise Server
Import the authenticator data from the DPX file to the server.
Assign authenticator serial numbers to users.
Deploy Mobile Authenticator Studio on the end user’s device.
Activate Mobile Authenticator Studio.
To Deploy OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Enterprise Security with OneSpan Authentication Server
To deploy OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Enterprise Security perform the following steps:
On the OneSpan Authentication Server, import the DPX file using the transport key.
For more information on importing the DPX file, refer to the OneSpan Authentication Server documentation.
Assign Mobile Authenticator Studio serial numbers to end users.
Perform one of the following:
Send the QR codes with the activation data to the respective end users.
Refer to acode.log for activation codes and serial numbers and make them available to the respective end users.
Provide a link to the OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Enterprise Security application on the App Store or Google Play to the respective end users.
To Deploy OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Enterprise Security on End Users Side
The following steps need to be performed by your end users to deploy OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Enterprise Security:
Download the OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Enterprise Security application.
Activate the application using the QR code, or manually enter the serial number and activation code.
After the activation, OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Enterprise Security is ready to generate one-time passwords.
In case a static server PIN is required, specify the PIN or use the initial PIN.
