This option requires Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Tray Agent or Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Credential Provider.

Show custom help

Select this option to customize the text of the I forgot my Digipass authenticator help link in the Windows logon screen and determine the action when the user selects the corresponding link. You can display a customized information dialog box or start an application.

Show help text

Select this option to display a customized information dialog box when the user selects the help link. In the corresponding input fields, you can customize the texts for the message header and body of the dialog box.

We recommend that you verify the dialog layout locally, before you enable this option on all client workstations. The dialog box that displays the custom help text calculates the required size based on the amount of text. If the text is too short or too long, the calculation may be inaccurate and mess up the dialog layout.

Start application

You can select an application which will be started when the user clicks the help link in the Windows logon screen. Enter the absolute path of the application and the relevant application parameters in the Application input field. You can use Windows environment variables such as %programfiles% to define the application path in this field. To obtain the name of the user currently logging in to Windows, use the {Username} placeholder.
