    The data migration failed for an unspecified reason.

    Solutions

    • Re-run the migration, with partially migrated data still in the new data store.

    • Reset to a blank destination data store. Use the OneSpan Authentication Server Administration Web Interface to delete all migrated data, with the exception of the following records:

      • The first administrator created during installation

      • The base policy

      • The IS administration login policy

      • The OneSpan Authentication Server component
