The default DMT log file can be found at %PROGRAMFILES%\VASCO\Data Migration Tool 3.26\log\dmt_date_time_log.xml (Windows) or /var/log/vasco/identikey/dmt.trace (Linux). Check for warnings about unmigrated data and possible problems with the migration process.
All client components and Digipass Authentication Module instances should be reconfigured to send authentication requests to the new OneSpan Authentication Server instance. Any Audit Viewer deployments using live auditing connections to the source should be reconfigured to connect to the new OneSpan Authentication Server instance.
If your organization is impacted by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensure that GDPR-compliance is met when auditing with OneSpan Authentication Server by:
Encrypting the database and connections to it if database auditing is used.
Encrypting the folder or disk containing the audit text file if text file auditing is used.
Encrypting the Windows Event Logs folder (also on remote machines if remote logging is enabled).
Encrypting the Linux syslog folder (also on remote machine if remote logging is enabled).
For more information about GDPR, refer to the OneSpan Authentication Server General Data Protection Regulation Compliance Guide.
Multiple OneSpan Authentication Server instances
If you will use multiple OneSpan Authentication Server instances, replication between instances may be required. Before setting up other OneSpan Authentication Server instances, refer to the OneSpan Authentication Server Administrator Guide, Section "Configuring Replication" for detailed information about adding OneSpan Authentication Server instances to the current system.
