    Download the Offline OneSpan Mobile Application Shielding zip package

    If you have a subscription for App Shielding in offline mode, you need to download the zip file of the product package from the OneSpan Mobile Portal.

    To download the zip file of the product package

    1. Open a web browser, go to the OneSpan Mobile Portal, and sign in.

    2. In the portal's dashboard, you see a list with the available product packages.

      If for any reason, this list is not visible, you can open it by clicking the App Shielding Tool button in the top corner of the menu ribbon on the left.

    3. Download the zip file of the App Shielding package for the required platform and product version.
