Activate Digipass 760 or Mobile Authenticator Studio Classic or Premium Edition

This procedure lists the steps involved to activate a Digipass 760 device or Mobile Authenticator Studio Classic or Premium Edition with DIGIPASS Gateway and OneSpan Authentication Server.

To activate Digipass 760 or Mobile Authenticator Studio Classic or Premium Edition (offline)

1. Import the DIGIPASS export file (DPX) for Mobile Authenticator Studio in OneSpan Authentication Server.

2. Assign a Digipass serial number to a user.

3. Register the user in the self-registration portal with the user’s email and static password to get the Digipass activation data.

4. Scan the Digipass license activation image with a Digipass 760 device or a Mobile Authenticator Studio application.

5. Enter the device code displayed by the Digipass authenticator into the portal.

6. Scan the Digipass instance activation image displayed after the validation of the device code.

7. Enter the signature displayed by the Digipass authenticator to finalize the Digipass activation. The Digipass authenticator is now activated and can be used for authentication.
