Résumé de l’article

Possible causes

Digipass Authentication for Remote Desktop Web Access provides web scripts that modify standard web page behavior to support OneSpan authentication. These web scripts are extended original Microsoft web scripts with dedicated code. When updating Remote Desktop Web Access, the web script code can also be updated. In some cases, this update can be confused by OneSpan code contained in these scripts. This confusion leads to partially- or non-working web scripts and pages.

Solution

To ensure functional web scripts

  1. Restore the original web script to the status it had before installing Digipass Authentication for Remote Desktop Web Access.

  2. Update Remote Desktop Web Access. The relevant web script will now be correctly updated and functional.

  3. Apply the OneSpan code changes as described in Set up the Response-Only logon page, Set up the 1-step Challenge/Response logon page, and Display the logon failure reason.
