    For user support, Mobile Authenticator Studio can display authenticator information that may be useful in case of issues and for troubleshooting. This information includes the following:

    • Serial number of the authenticator in use

    • Sequence number of the authenticator in use, if Mobile Authenticator Studio uses the two-step activation process

    • Counter value used by the first cryptographic application

    • Counter value used by the second cryptographic application

    • Time reference used by the application

    • Current time difference calculated from the server time reference
