product_version is the OneSpan Authentication Server product version down to the patch level, e.g. 3.27.2.
Default policy and component created
A default policy and a component for the OneSpan Authentication Server service should have been created during the installation. If they have not been created, OneSpan Authentication Server will not process authentication requests.
The following procedure should only be followed if the policies and components have not been modified since installation.
To verify whether policies and components were successfully created during installation
- Log on to the Administration Web Interface.
Select POLICIES > List.
A policy named Identikey Administration Logon should be included in the policy list.
Select SERVERS > List.
Verify that a server component with the correct network location is listed and that it has selected the Identikey Administration Logon policy.
