Installing OneSpan Authentication Server

Install OneSpan Authentication Server according to the instructions for a basic installation in the OneSpan Authentication Server Installation Guide for Windows. Note the following:
RADIUS topology. When prompted to select a RADIUS topology, select either:
- OneSpan Authentication Server as a standalone RADIUS Server. This will require you to skip Test scenario: RADIUS back-end authentication.
- OneSpan Authentication Server in front of RADIUS Server
If your organization is impacted by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), note that for being GDPR-compliant, you must set up an encrypted VPN tunnel such as IPsec.

SSL certificate password. When prompted for a certificate password, note the password you enter. This will be required later in the process.
Automatic settings. Some settings that are created automatically for OneSpan Authentication Server are:
- Example policies.
- A component record for the OneSpan Authentication Server instance, which will use a default policy.
- A default RADIUS client component record.
Auditing. The Audit Viewer application will be installed with OneSpan Authentication Server.
