Partitioning the hard drive and installing the software
When your virtual machine starts for the first time, you will be asked to partition the hard drive. Type y to start the partitioning.
After partitioning the appliance’s hard drive, the software packages will be installed automatically.

Do not turn off your virtual appliance while the hard drive is being partitioned. The installation of the packages takes a while, depending on the hardware performance. The virtual machine will stop automatically when the installation is finished.
