Locating the app version and Help

To locate information about the Mobile Authenticator Studio app installed on a device (e.g. Mobile Authenticator Studio version), tap the three dots at the top of the screen and then tap About.

Online and offline help

You can configure the Mobile Authenticator Studio app to provide online and offline help in the Mobile Authenticator Studio menu.

Access to the help

The user can access the help configured for the app via the Settings screen by taping the three dots, and selecting Help.

Help options

Mobile Authenticator Studio supports different help options:

• Offline help only

  When the user opens the help, if offline help only is configured, the information is displayed.

• Online help only

  When the user opens the help, the app launches the online help view in the device browser, i.e., they are redirected to a new URL where the help content is displayed.

• Online and offline help

  The user opens the offline help view and there is an option on the screen to open the online help, if needed.

• No help

  If you have not configured any help for the  app, the Help option is not available in the Settings menu.
