The Log in page requires you to enter your user ID and either your static password or a one-time password (OTP) generated by an authenticator.
It contains of the following fields:
Username. The user name must be a user account with administrative privileges.
Password. The password must be the static password associated with the account OR an OTP generated by the authenticator assigned to the user.
Server. The server you want to perform administrative tasks on must be selected from the list. If you do not select anything from the list the default server will be used.
Logon Failure. If authentication is unsuccessful, an error message will be displayed.
The most common errors are:
Login Failed. Please check your details and try again.
Authentication failed. Verify your user ID and password and try again.
Login Failed. Unable to connect to OneSpan Authentication Server.
The connection to OneSpan Authentication Server failed. Verify that OneSpan Authentication Server is running, accepting administrative logon requests and that it can be reached from Web Administration Service.
Your back-end password has expired and must be changed.
Back-end authentication is enabled, but the back-end password has expired and must be changed. You will be automatically redirected to the Change Password.
