Mobile Authenticator Studio 3.5

While OneSpan Authentication Server supports Mobile Authenticator Studio 4.x, you can still use Mobile Authenticator Studio 3.5 authenticators if you have them.

If Mobile Authenticator Studio 3.5 is to be used, the server policies must be updated. Set Default DIGIPASS Type to MOB35 in the Administration Web Interface. If both Mobile Authenticator Studio 3.5 and Mobile Authenticator Studio 4.0 are to be used, separate policies must be created.

To provision Mobile Authenticator Studio 3.5 if Mobile Authenticator Studio 4.0 is also present, you must be able to differentiate between the requests. The mobile application is different for each version of Mobile Authenticator Studio and must match the assigned authenticator. From your provisioning website use the component name and source of request to determine which Mobile Authenticator Studio version is required.
