Screen mirroring protection

Another way to export screen data from the application is through screen mirroring, which may be used in different ways, such as casting the screen to ChromeCast, MiraCast or a similar type of vendor-specific mechanism.

App Shielding can detect and block such screen mirroring by displaying a customized screen (see ScreenMirroring Customized Layout) or a black screen on the mirrored display.

A customized screen can be used to inform users regarding your security objectives. Such layouts can and should be implemented as a layout by the application developer.
