  • Which version of App Shielding are you using?

  • What does your configuration look like (config.xml)?

If the problem is related to using the Shielding Tool tool, then also include:

  • Which command line options did you use? Provide the configuration and rules.cfg files.

  • If possible, provide the application file for faster diagnostics.
