Résumé de l’article

The most basic ODBC recovery operation involves rebuilding OneSpan Authentication Server from an undamaged database.

To rebuild OneSpan Authentication Server from an undamaged database

  1. Rebuild the server with your operating system SOE, using the same IP address as before, in the same domain as before.
  2. Retrieve your backup copies of the configuration files that were previously created from the following folder:

    /etc/vasco/ias (Linux)

    %PROGRAMFILES%\VASCO\IDENTIKEY Authentication Server\bin (Windows)

For more information, see Backup of sensitive data (Overview).

  3. Reinstall OneSpan Authentication Server on the server using the same settings as those used in the previous installation. Do not run the Maintenance Wizard!
  4. Restore the backup copy of the configuration file (identikeyconfig.xml) to its proper folder. Restore the backup copies of any other files that were backed up from the same directory at the same time. For more information, see Backup of sensitive data (Overview).
  5. Start the VASCO IDENTIKEY Authentication Server service/daemon.
