Deprecated components and features
Active Directory connection type (Removed)
The Active Directory connection type allowed the password filter to synchronize passwords by writing directly to the Active Directory database if OneSpan Authentication Server uses Active Directory as its data store. Because the possibility to use Active Directory as the data store has been removed in OneSpan Authentication Server 3.25, this connection type is now obsolete.
The option to select the connection type has been removed from Password Synchronization Manager, all server configurations now implicitly use the SEAL connection type to propagate password change requests to the OneSpan Authentication Server environment.
