Setup information
Collecting the following information before you start will help to speed up your installation:
- An unused IP address in your network
- The default gateway setting in your network
- The DNS server IP address(es) for your network
- The DNS suffix(es) (optional)
- Proxy server settings (optional)
- OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance maintenance reference (for a commercial license only)
- OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance serial number (for a commercial license only)
- An appropriate network cable, no longer than 3.0 meter in length
Open source software
Open source software
OneSpan uses various open source software included in OneSpan Authentication Server and its components.
The list of the open source software used and the respective license texts can be found on the OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance device or its respective components.
Parts of the open source software is licensed under the General Public License (GPL). Upon customer’s request OneSpan can provide source codes with our adaptations to the respective software on DVD for a small fee for the medium. These source codes can be freely copied, extended, modified, and redistributed without any restrictions from OneSpan or our end-user license agreement.
