OneSpan Risk Analytics helps to identify risks and prevent incidents by analyzing large loads of data. In Risk Analytics, everything is processed in workflows and can be managed via placement in asynchronous alert categories. Data inside Risk Analytics is stored in a relationship hierarchy consisting of several layers to organize the data in a single-customer view.
Events, i.e. both, transactions and non-monetary events, can be analyzed by defining rules. If an event matches a previously defined rule, an alert can be raised.
To log in and see customer and/or transaction details, you will be assigned the adequate clearance level for your user permissions. The clearances have security settings applied to them to adhere to data protection laws; therefore, you will only be given access to data that you are entitled to view. If you require more options, contact the Risk Analytics administrator for your company.
