You can install the Password Synchronization Manager software silently (without setup GUI) with the following command:
msiexec /i psm_product_version_x64.msi /q [PROPERTY=VALUE]
where
product_version is the product version of the installation package, e.g. 4.6.0.
PROPERTY can be the name of a property that is set to VALUE.
Installing Password Synchronization Manager silently on the domain controller will restart the system. Do not use the /norestart option to prevent the restart.

This example performs a typical installation with the default program features:
msiexec /i psm_4.6.0_x64.msi /q

This example installs a minimum set required for remote configuration:
msiexec /i psm_4.6.0_x64.msi /q ADDLOCAL=vdsRConfigManager
