Remove, Repair, or Modify a Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Installation

Before you begin
If you configured Windows Group Policy to block additional credential providers, you need to disable that Group Policy setting before uninstalling Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon. Otherwise, the specified credential providers remain excluded, which might leave your users unable to authenticate and log on to the client workstations. For more information, see Block available credential providers via Group Policy.
To remove / repair / modify an existing installation of Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon
- Open the control panel via the Start menu.
- Select Programs > Programs and Features.
- Select Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon and click Change.
The Application Maintenance window is displayed.
- Do one of the following:
- If you want to remove the software from your system, select Remove and click Next.
- If you want to repair a corrupted or damaged installation, select Repair and click Next.
Repairing an installation re-installs any missing or modified files and resets all configuration settings to the default values.
- If you want to remove or install additional components, select Modify and click Next.
Remove Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon locally (silently)
You can remove the Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon software silently (without setup GUI) with the following command line:
msiexec /x dawl_3.8.0_architecture.msi /qn
where architecture is x86 (for the 32-bit setup) or x64 (for the 64-bit setup).
