The USERS > Reports tab provides a list of reports that can be run via this tab. That list is a subset of the global list of reports in OneSpan Authentication Server (see Table: Default Reports), where the currently viewed user is automatically preselected in the run-time query definition.
This subset can be retrieved from the global report set by filtering the reports according to different sets of definition criteria (see Table: Report definition criteria).
If you use these criteria to create a customized report, you can also include that report in the results list.
Running a report
Administration Web Interface offers the following options in the Reports tab to run a selected report:
- RUN. Starts the Run Report wizard for the selected report and takes you to step 2 of the wizard, Report Settings. The default values are pre-filled and the custom query for the currently viewed user is added. By default, the time zone of the Administration Web Interface client is used and the reporting period is six months. The default reporting period can be configured in the webadmin.properties file.
- RUN WITH DEFAULTS. Generates the selected report immediately for the currently viewed user with the default values applied.
