Reset PIN

This action allows you to reset the PIN for one or more applications for a group of authenticator selected from a list.

How you use this page changes with the number of active applications that the selected authenticator have.

Single application authenticator

Confirmation

After you have selected the authenticator on which you want to reset the PIN, a confirmation message will appear to confirm the action. It will list the number of authenticators selected and the application name that will be affected.

Result

The result page shows how many authenticators you have reset the PIN for, and also which application has had the PIN reset.

Multiple application authenticator

Confirmation

This page allows you to select the applications on the authenticator for which you want to change the PIN. Select the applications to be affected from the list box, or alternatively use Select all to select all the applications for the selected authenticator.

The number of authenticators that will be affected by this operation is shown at the bottom of the page. Click Next to continue.

Result

The result page will tell you how many authenticators where changed by this action.
