Server Communication Error

Description

Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon encountered a communication error with the configured instance of OneSpan Authentication Server.

Possible causes

Refer to the error description in the Troubleshooting Report dialog for detailed information about what may have caused this error. The most common causes include the following:

• OneSpan Authentication Server is configured to use a self-signed certificate for SSL connections, but the relevant server certificate is not in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities certificate store of the client workstation.
