Résumé de l’article

When executing SOAP administration operations using a service user, no explicit administrative logon is required. Instead, the service user’s credentials need to be provided either via the HTTP authorization header (see Optional HTTP authorization header for service users) or via the sessionID field for each administrative operation.

This way of authorization is preferable when a client service needs to perform administrative operations, as it does not require the client(s) to create and keep track of administrative sessions.
