    Windows

    The Message Delivery Component service can be started and stopped through the Services snap-in of the Microsoft Management Console.

    Linux

    To start, restart, or stop MDC, open a terminal and execute the following command:

    service vasco-mdc command

    This command support the following command parameters:

    • start
    • restart
    • stop

    Enabling TLS/SSL for MDC

    To enable SSL/TLS for connections between MDC and OneSpan Authentication Server, you must configure certificates at both ends. You can do this by entering details in the MDC Configuration Utility and the Maintenance Wizard (see Using the MDC Configuration Utility).
