Résumé de l’article

Use the SERVERS > Tasks page to manage scheduled server tasks. You can view a list of all existing tasks from here, sorted alphabetically by name.

The following detail headings display relevant information about all existing tasks:

  • Task (task name)
  • Type
  • Mode
  • Status
  • Status information
  • Progress
  • Start time
  • End time
  • Domain of the task owner
  • Owner
  • Recurrence details
  • Server

To delete a task, select its corresponding checkbox and click Delete.

To disable, enable, or delete a task, click its task name. This will take you to the Manage Task page.

Filtering

If you want to restrict the list of server tasks displayed, you can filter by one or more search criteria on the page.

To define the filter criteria, use the text fields or drop-down lists under the individual column headings. The text fields accept the asterisk (*) as wildcard. Note that not all columns support filter search.

For example, to display only daily recurring tasks, select Daily from the Recurring column filter list.

Click FILTER to apply the search criteria. Click CLEAR FILTER to display the complete list of tasks.

Sorting

The list can be sorted in the order you need. Click on the column headers to sort the list in ascending or descending order on that heading.
