In order to provide the best technical support possible, it is useful to know the following basic details ready as early as possible:
Which version of App Shielding are you using?
What does your configuration look like (config.xml)?
If the problem is related to using the Shielding Tool tool, then also include:
Which command line options did you use, and provide the configuration and rules.cfg files?
If possible, provide the .apk or .aab file for faster diagnostics.
If the problem is reproducible at run time:
Details on how to reproduce the problem.
Logs from logcat if applicable
Logs from a debug version of App Shielding provide more details, if it can be reproduced.
If the problem originates from Google Play:
How many users are using the app?
How many users are having the problem?
Which devices are affected?
Stack trace, if applicable
