Temperature, power, and humidity

We recommend to install the OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance device in a server room with air conditioning and an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) system. If the equipment is built into a server cupboard, make sure that there is sufficient ventilation.

The environmental requirements are as follows:

• Operating temperature range: 10° to 35° C (50° to 95° F)
• Storage temperature range: –40° to +70° C (–40° to +158° F)
• Humidity range: 8% to 90% non-condensing
• Storage humidity range: 5% to 95% non-condensing

• Power supply:

  • 2x500 W high-efficiency (94+%) power supply w/ PMBus (9000 series)
