Résumé de l’article

To test EMV-CAP authentication integration on your website, you can use the EMV-CAP demo authenticator included with OneSpan Authentication Server.

The EMV-CAP demo authenticator will only be available if the following conditions are met:

  • The EMV-CAP option was selected during the installation of OneSpan Authentication Server.
  • OneSpan Authentication Server is NOT used with a hardware security module (HSM).

To use the EMV-CAP demo authenticator to test EMV-CAP authentication integration

  1. Log in to the Administration Web Interface.
  2. Import the Demo_SSMEMVCAP.dpx file.
  3. Assign the authenticator to a test user account. Take note of the Event Counter value for the authenticator you intend to use.
  4. Run the dpdemotokengen command-line tool. By default, this tool is installed in the %PROGRAMFILES%\VASCO\IDENTIKEY Authentication Server\bin directory on Windows or in the /opt/vasco/ias/bin directory on Linux.
  5. Attempt an authentication via your website, using the test user account details and entering the same transaction information as entered in the dpdemotokengen tool.

On Linux, the EMV-CAP demo authenticator and the corresponding reader should be installed manually.
