OneSpan Authentication Server also includes pre-installed gateway definition templates specific to three SMS gateway service providers:
- OneSpan SMS Services
- Clickatell
- Tyntec-2SMS
By default, the gateway definitions for OneSpan SMS Services are already included in the list of available gateway definitions in the SMS delivery method of the MDC Configuration Utility. This gateway definition is pre-filled with all the required information for connecting to and using OneSpan SMS Services. You will still need to provide your OneSpan SMS Services user name and password. You will also still have to enable the gateway definition itself to use it, because it is disabled by default.
OneSpan Authentication Server also ships with gateway definitions for Clickatell and Tyntec-2SMS . However, you will still have to import either one into the MDC Configuration Utility before configuring and enabling it.
For more information about enabling, disabling, or rearranging the priority of different gateway definitions, see MDC gateway load-balancing, failover, and failback.
When using a third-party SMS Gateway Service, it is your responsibility to create an account with the service and obtaining the necessary user name/password. For more information about OneSpan SMS Services, please contact your local sales representative.
